About Me and My Background in Yoga

As a certified yoga instructor with a deep passion for holistic well-being, I've dedicated myself to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. With years of experience practicing Hatha Yoga, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my classes.

 

My approach is inclusive and adaptable, welcoming both beginners and experienced yogis alike. I believe that yoga is a personal journey, and my aim is to meet you where you are and support you in deepening your practice.
 

My recent accomplishment of completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) marks a significant milestone in my journey. This certification equips me with the knowledge and skills to share the transformative power of yoga with others, guiding them towards physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

Having recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), I’m so excited to be able to support you to achieve not only physical health and flexibility, but mental clarity and spiritual growth. I’m incredibly passionate to help more people experience the powerful nature of yoga and breathwork so they can enjoy the huge range of benefits it has to offer. This qualification cements the skills and knowledge I've developed over time to help breathe new life into my practice and support class members on a much deeper level.
